22bt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 22bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 22bt website at https://22bt.io and any associated services offered therein.

22bt is an offshore-licensed online betting and casino platform designed primarily for adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket and e-sports), live casino games, slot machine games, and related entertainment services.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, placing any bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 22bt platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service provided by 22bt.

These Terms are written and enforced in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. 22bt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the current version is always published at https://22bt.io/terms-conditions with the effective date noted at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 22bt. This requirement is strictly enforced. If 22bt determines at any point — during registration, account verification, or routine checks — that a User is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately. Any open bets will be voided, and any deposited funds (net of any bonuses received) will be returned to the original payment method used.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a valid 22bt account, you must:

• Provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control;
• Provide accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth;
• Create a unique password of at least 8 characters meeting the platform's security requirements;
• Verify your mobile number via the one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS;
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age;
• Confirm that you are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Confirm that you are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any of the above of 22bt or any of its affiliated service providers.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the 22bt platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. 2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

22bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before your account can process withdrawals or before any bonus funds are released. 22bt reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22bt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 22bt will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified 22bt of unauthorised access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact [email protected] immediately. 22bt will investigate and may temporarily restrict the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

You agree not to allow any other person to use your account. Permitting third parties to use your account, or using an account registered to another person, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 22bt reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary depending on your account verification status, your chosen payment method, and your account history. 22bt reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to successful account verification and fraud screening. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 22bt does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered under your verified identity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 22bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion requirements. You will not be charged any foreign exchange fee by 22bt in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

22bt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 22bt will notify you via the registered contact details on your account and may request additional verification documentation before processing is resumed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

22bt offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods that are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the account registration and mobile verification process. A bonus may only be claimed once per household, shared device, or shared IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. 22bt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close any account where abuse of bonus offers is identified.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. 22bt is not obligated to notify you before a bonus expires, though the Platform may send reminder communications as a courtesy.

06 Betting Rules and Wagering

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 22bt are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details — including the selection, the stake, and the odds — are correct before confirming. 22bt will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly set out in these Terms or in the specific rules applicable to a given sport or market.

6.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly during live events; delays in internet connectivity are your responsibility.

6.3 Void Bets

22bt reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the odds were published in error, that a technical error affected the market, that the event was not played under standard conditions (e.g., reduced overs due to weather in a cricket match), or where evidence of irregular betting patterns is identified. Void bets will be returned to your account as cash.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet slip or per event may be capped as described in the applicable sport-specific rules available within the 22bt sportsbook. 22bt reserves the right to limit winnings on any market at its sole discretion.

6.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or respective domestic board). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in scope, 22bt's cricket settlement rules — published within the sportsbook rules section — will apply. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results are accepted for all relevant one-day and T20 format markets.

07 Casino and Slots Rules

Casino games and slot titles available on 22bt are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer draws conducted under game studio supervision. 22bt does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot game round, the game round will be completed and settled according to the game provider's internal system records. If a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure on the 22bt platform side, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account. 08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or external parties to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are placed;
• Using stolen payment credentials, compromised mobile financial service accounts, or fraudulently obtained funds for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the 22bt platform;
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, or any scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform;
• Attempting to access, probe, or circumvent the security measures of the 22bt platform through hacking, phishing, social engineering, or any other means.

09 Responsible Gaming

22bt is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders and provides a set of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at no cost and without restriction.

Available responsible gaming tools include: self-imposed deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits and automatic logout reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion for periods of up to 12 months. Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and normal platform use is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have opted in. 22bt does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed service providers (including payment processors and game studios) solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bt's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22bt is not liable for: losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; losses caused by third-party payment providers; losses resulting from internet service interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues that are outside 22bt's reasonable control; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

The 22bt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, 22bt does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime.

12 Amendments and Termination

22bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. The updated Terms will be published at https://22bt.io/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

22bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled in the normal course, and the remaining balance (after settlement) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being fulfilled.

13 Contact and Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, bonus calculations, or any other platform matter, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered. 22bt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Complex disputes may take longer; in such cases, you will be kept informed of progress.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to offshore gaming operators. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to an independent adjudication service as notified by 22bt from time to time.
